UPDATED: Iran v. Israel: When will the war begin?

If it already hasn't:

1. Iran now has a satellite that can spy on Israel (thanks to Russian industry) [HatTip: Fjordman]
   
2. Iran is upgrading their medium range missiles (thanks to Russian industry) [HatTip: Fjordman]
3. Iran is building a How-To for building a missile with nuclear warhead (thanks to Chinese industry)
   
4. Iran is now processing another batch of enriched uranium (thanks to French, Chinese and Russian industry)
5. All of this since adherent of RoP declares that Israel should be "wiped off the map"
6. Moderate Iranian ambassadors have been recalled from Western countries. [HatTip: LGF]
   
7. Moderate beauracrats are being purged from domestic posts.
   

Two things precluding Israel from preemptive strikes:

1. Ariel Sharon has more pressing problems than dealing with Chimp.
2. The US believe it or not.

I wouldn't want to be in the Middle East when this *Cold War* turns *Hot* because of this, this and this. God helps us all if Chimp or the Israelis launch the first strike. There'll be an enormous crater that once was the Middle East.
