Water to power my car?

Ok, so finally some effort has been put into getting fusion technology working. Hopefully once the research is complete, we will be able to enjoy not being beholden to the Middle East oil politics.

Fusion power is clean, limitedless and efficient. What we need is alot of brain power to get it working properly. It is also interesting that this worldwide consortium of governments have been able to work on getting a prototype plant located somwhere central, albeit in France. However, considering France has been the country (besides the US) most willing to adopt alternate power sources such as nuclear power, I think this bodes well.

Maybe when I get old and grey, I won't be filling up my car with fossil fuel, but with water.
